INCISION: the platform for carve-outs, TSAs and tenders

Most carve-outs run on Excel lists and email threads. We bring our own platform: INCISION brings TSAs, tenders with a bidder portal, risks, costs, data migration and tasks together in one system, with AI in the Q&A and a complete audit trail.

In short

INCISION is a platform for separations and integrations developed by VEGVÍSIR. It brings TSA management, tenders with a bidder portal, project control, a RAID log, costs and data migration together in one system and is used in our carve-out and integration mandates.

A carve-out creates hundreds of dependencies, TSA services and decisions. In most projects they live in Excel lists, email threads and slide decks that never share the same status.

INCISION replaces this tangle with one system and one status for everyone involved. We built it for our own project work, with Enterprise Vibe Coding, and develop it further with every mandate.
